I would not pay too much attention to the OTC ticker, it is extremely low volume. I have seen days that it goes up 200% and when I look, there was 1 transaction for 1400 shares for the whole day. Today there were 4 transactions total for 19,600 shares, that is just over $300 for an entire day.
