correct me if Im wrong but I thought that was standard fine print with all speck stock? if not then it should be as not all investors are fortunate enough to read the research like myself on this thread. Well done to PEN for pointing it out. The way I see it investors could see this is to high risk or they can tap into Pens ability to get things done and on time. Many hoops to jump through yet and as big KEV use to say..Im Excited!
