There's always delays...
Might be good if Kos could release an announcement saying the project is still moving on track but there has been a delay due to bla bla we expect an outcome within the next month (most likely not to distant future) etc etc..
But I guess we'll wait and see...
If you feel that tincom or indonesia or polandd isn't going to happen then by all means sell and move on to another investment...
There is risk but there could also be rewards..
