He also continues to ignore the fact that plans changed and the Pilot Plant was built at Lilac's premises in California instead of site (due to covid) so that progress with the Pilot Plant could be continued with less delays than were anticipated on site. The whole "it was promised in 2019 but not delivered until 2022" argument is completely incorrect. He's been told this on numerous occasions (with references) but has continued to ignore the facts as they don't fit his narrative. Yet another example of them ignoring facts and continuing to mislead readers with incorrect information and supposition.
