Caution may be well be an off-market trade, but reported online ASX. May be a block trade, but very negative for the SGR sp. Eg seller or buyer goes to a major investment house or insto or fundie, I have XX Millions SGR shares to unload, then intermediary hunts around and lines up any number of but at a pre agreed trade price. Then reported online to ASX. Just a guess though.
