Spider11, sounds like you are a contrarian to the taxi driver advice chart. I imagine you believe that taxi drivers always go long with their advice, hence a few shorts may be in order..... I would also hedge against your own sense of investing ability to that of the common taxi driver, so maybe a few longs are in order. You may find that your Own self belief in your superior charting ability over the common taxi driver ( or common anybody) obfuscates your decisions.
Taxi driver or not....your isolating one part of the investing community or any part of the community on their inability to make sound investment decisions stinks of superiority.
A re-rating to the upside of your fellow man may be required.
