Personally, professionally, what he's built to date, even his investment style
I admire people who get off their backsides and build something like this
It's why I invested in the business in the first place
I like the bloke
But this is business and shareholders are hurting
If it is looking like he is becoming poison to the brand, then the BOD needs to do something about it
It is their job to look after shareholders
Either they show us he himself can turn the FUM around (by demonstrating to the market just how his "consulting" is improving returns) or they ditch the whole HD thing...
Rebrand and move on
I don't think they can miraculously wait (and prey) for a return to the good old days of bright market sentiment
