So over the years, I have tried to understand why the KSL metrics were irrelevent.
The answer is that it is thinly traded and Perpetual Funds Management is in a panic to unload their huge holdings.
By the way, if any one knows the history of when Perpetual aquired their huge stake in KSL, that would be interesting.
I will try to research myself, also.
