I mean the fact that MFG (themselves) seem to think there is "value" in buying back stock at these prices is comforting (as a shareholder) but they wouldn't be the first company who keeps buying back their stock thinking that is all they have to do (and get it completely wrong) as the SP keeps sliding..

I want to see the BOD and management start acting in the best interests of shareholders..
I want to see them turn it around
