Oh, one more thing. Many will recall that just prior to covid when it looked like the labs were gonna get in and make changes to NG and CGT laws and APRA was tightening lending screws, the Syd market corrected circa 15% FROM MEMORY and Melb fell circa 12%.
No great catastrophe occurred. The sky didn't fall in, the sun stayed in its position in the sky, owners just continues on as normal. Plodding along, one foot in front of the other as we ALWAYS do!
