Unfortunately the level of sophistication here with many is 1) they fail to understand arbitrage and 2) literally can't be bothered setting up CMC or equivalent a/c to capitalise on TSX listing. Thinking the 'cant be bothered' the primary factor most are overpaying on the ASX.
