The wet conditioning has me thinking. They had achieved this in the past.
When the CEO was Con they were trying to meet a target of of 20000 tons or something for an order and were working round the clock to do so. I remember this at the time because Chris who worked explained what happened.
ECT were trying to store hundreds of tons wet pellets in a big warehouse and because of a chemical reaction with wet pellets they caught fire and it even made the TV news.
Which apparently is a big problem with wet pellets. Chris said they were warned about this but no one listened.
This happened a few times after this.
This incident saw the end of Con and Moore took over.
