Show me any international name-brand coffee chain that has sold for less than US$2 billion & I will eat my hat. Look at the US, Canada, the UK....you can't buy a brand name like Gloria Jeans for next to nothing, it never happens.
What about the current PE ratio, the likelihood of recession? IMHO these mean nothing. With a proper rollout, GJ is worth many billions, even if it takes a decade.
lets not forget GJ is just one arrow in RFGs quiver. The company owns many other excellent brands.
There's plenty of blue sky ahead. RFG will likely double this year... might take a decade but it will surely be a ten bagger.
