    i hold explorers and developers as well, but PEN is in the best position and safest by far

    PEN will have around $70M AUD in cash (that's an estimate), after receiving money from US government, with continued revenue until 2030.. and i'm sure they'll be signing more contracts in the near future

    developers will need to raise $130M+ for mine construction, leading to more dilution
