@midastouch0707, when the cash numbers in the Dec'22 quarterly & half-yearly report are available, no doubt they'll provided a reasonable signal of how quickly things are progressing toward (or steering away from) insolvency. At this stage it seems unlikely ADG is trading insolvent.

That’s a bit of sensationalism, they just raised some cash, management can take shares in lieu of cash for a time to conserve money while they sort out the near future.
The quarterly should give future guidance so we need to wait for that.
