Not covid related but I throw this in the ring.

Last week Samsung phone owners who applied the latest upgrade had phones frozen, some had all the phone contents wiped etc. We rely on technology and it actually can make us vulnerable.

So my point of bringing this up is , I assumed any upgrade to a phones operating system would be world wide for all users of the phone.

Why is it that ONLY South Australian customers were affected? Could it be targeted attacks, to test how things can work ?
