With STXs 1:1 offer in the table, we have a scenario where a bidder lobs in a bid for STX at say 50c, making the WGO bid by STX look incredibly attractive to WGO holders...making it possible for an acquirer to nab both for effectively one offer.
Would Gina and Min pay up at that price?
