This is an article (seems to be a very good one too) on technical analysis of the POG as of 6 January. The conclusion is very positive of POG going a lot higher. POG is up 14.4% and GDX is up 41% since the bottom in September with a Golden cross expected in mid January.

If POG does go higher in 2023 than NXM will go a lot higher this year and next.
