AMI are supposed to be a gold miner, they aim to produce gold bars. Also, some copper, lead and zinc, all worth good money. So how on earth can could they be even contemplating a CR, rattling the tin to ask shareholders for more cash so they can "stay in business" ? A company that produces gold bars but can't maintain a profit deserves a massive kick in the pants, at least the senior management and board of that company, and probably they should get shown the door.
