The Renard Diamond Mine which is approximately 100-150kms away drained lakes around their deposit. They drained something like +200,000 m3/a of water
and received approvals in just 11 months after filing the project’s Environmental and Social Impact Assessment after approximately 2 years of formal studies.
I reckon from the start of baselines studies, commencement of assessment processes, CREE Nation Consultations, ESIA etc etc.......yes probably looking at 2-3 years but that is already well underway for both WR1 and PMT.
