voteno on all resolutions for the agm

I have decided to vote no for all resolutions except for the last one for the upcoming AGM.
My reasoning is that none of the Directors deserve to be re-elected based on their track record of handling the company during the GFC and how we the BSG holders have lost a lot of value. Secondly this habbit of their to keep issuing themselves with script is not justified. None of the BSG Directors ever issued themselves free script.
Thirdly when you look at their current salaries, they are well and truly remunerated.
So I urge all CXC CDI holders to vote no.
