I regularly place 200k+ orders on stocks at SWF (saving myself $150+ vs Comsec per trade) and have only experienced this issue once and that was when I was being extremely stupid in putting something very away from market price.

Contrast this with Commsec who sends orders, both buys and sells, for manual review for anything above $100k (i believe this is for anything outside the ASX100 but it could be for all stocks). There was even a situation at Commsec where there was a stock that was trading at 2.5c with 10m bid at 2.5c and the ask at 2.6c, and I tried to sell my 5m holding into the bid but Commsec wanted to have this manually reviewed which took over a minute. Needless to say the stock quickly collapsed and i was left holding the bag and signing the transfer form to SWF where i have been happy every since.
