If CR eventuates, probably it won't be 1 to 1. I believe it would be 3 or 4 to 1, raising next to 200m, but this is pure speculation. If they find the way to pump up the sp as VPG did before CR they would be out of the bush, but who knows, last couple of years have been so unpredictable that nothing is a surpurise these days.
