The above three are only symptomatic relief strategies, none of those have any affect whatsoever on the positive course of the disease, in fact they can in some cases lead to a worsening of the underlying disease.

Yes will take some time to slowly bite into these markets but certainly with a DMOAD, that will ramp up our progressive market share once we are out there selling.
