Based on PDI's statement that its environmental studies within its licence areas would not be completed until at least October of this year,I cannot see how they will be able to achieve a mining exploitation lease until 2024 .I would think there would be a period of at least 6 months AFTER the date they provide their studies to the relevant govt ministries BEFORE they could commence serious negotiations on the the terms of their exploitation mining lease.
