BUT I don';t think it'll come to this as their plans seem to be more economic takeover rather than military. economic occupation is cheaper and more productive than violent assault. Again, But, it always better to have a few friends handy, and a few Big Sticks to show any potential unfriendly states as a warning that we can offer significant resistance if necessary.
