ill be voting NO for this joke of a deal, imagine the directors thinking selling asset that has $4billion of lithium in the ground for what $100million?
its not like our deposit is in the middle of africa or south america or SE asia, its in a very good safe location, how could the directors be so stupid as to to think 50c is a good deal? i truly hope this was just a TRICK to get this "auction" started, but if the market truly thought there will be other bidders we wouldnt be at 48c would we?
my average is 57c so im not happy at all, just goes to show no matter how great an asset a company has, the stock can still perform badly, i have seen this time and time again especially in the mining sector when a co. with billions of commodities in the ground goes broke or gets T/O for a pittance of what its true value is, id love to be a fly on the wall when the directors discussed doing this, even if we get to 60c it will still be a total joke for what we have here.
