Correct me if I am wrong, but before they imposed the 100ppm limit, things were able to progress as there wasn't a limit?

I don't think the 100ppm limit has been in place for 10+ years?

if every company put in solutions for what a Govt may or may not do, or even what a customer may or may not do or what an employee may or may not do, then nothing would ever happen as we would be bogged down in paperwork, therapists, psychologists [then psychologists for the psychologist] and we would need to employ employ more people to come up with any possible scenario [and more meetings, and more minutes of what may or may not happen] just because you can. Unfortunately there would be no income coming in to pay for all that and soon it would be a scene out of Monty Python.

I was watching a Tom Clancy series the other day and even in there they mentioned that natural readings in an environment is considered to be 350ppm....so there appears to be a lot of false or inaccurate or just grey information out there.
