I tend to agree with AICp that wheezo has more clinical value in pediatric asthma than COPD where wheeze is usually exercise enduced rather then precipitated by other enviromental factors which can be controlled or avoided. However, the real key to success in the US will be driven by the ease at which and level at which the providers will be paid. If there are no operational downsides and financial upset then they have a chance.
