It's no wonder that Minres is very keen to mop up NWE. And not a surprise that MIN has made a low-ball offer.
It's up to NWE shareholders to reject this pittance being dressed up as "fair".
Not surprised that we haven't heard much from the NWE board, because they are between a rock and a hard place ( although they shouldn't be, because they are supposed to be only looking after NWE shareholders).
Stand firm folks, and reject this totally.
