    yep but I'd settle for epa... that's when the future values will be baked in for all 4 projects... like a proper cowabunga moment.

    but 7 million in the kitty to hold us over, a gov sponsored marketing campaign and a few tax incentives should also keep the lights on while we wait.

    also we were closed down by $35 ... not exactly normal traders
