Agree it is a concern, but I also think it is the ongoing fallout from the Iron Bridge cost over-runs having an impact.
Each of these executives should have had his/her finger on the pulse around such a large project/investment - and whether they have been pushed or left of their own accord, no doubt there has been an amount of pressure applied to those positions due to the lack of oversight.
