Well technically I made a mistake because 500k 6 months becomes 1 million 12 months, so 5 times profit? The main issue of your valuation it is lower than the cash on hand + cash owed to the company and you cant really buy cash with cash cheaper than cash on a profitable company, so your valuation has no basis in reality.
