How can you expect such a letter to be taken seriously? It is petty, abusive and makes no supportable claims at all. This will rightly go straight into the bin!
If you want to impress me, let alone impress ASX or ASIC, it might be a useful start to establish what is in fact illegal in the activities of the algorythmic traders. If one traders activities didn't cost another trader money, there wouldn't be a market. Being a "Retail Investor" doesn't entitle you to any privileges.
