If it was a capital raising or a placement the TH would normally state as such but it did not. So it’s unclear to me what substantial investment means. One can speculate but no one knows until the announcement.
I was wondering if included an off-take deal plus a placement but it is far too early for that. So I give up and have no idea what will transpire.
