Pre-IPO investors taking the opportunity to exit/book some gains. It will stabilize once everyone who was looking for an exit has exited. It will take a little while and there will be additional resistance around convertible notes pricing points(~1.08) and then the IPO pricing point (1.35). Management will have to feed the market with regular news flows else we will be stuck below 1.35 for a while and people will keep spreading disinformation/fear so the big boys/girls can keep inching up the register.
