Good analysis. I add
1) VMUK is currently trading at around half of its tangible NAV (383p as at 30 Sept 2022) which ought to make it an attractive takeover target at the current price (197p).
2) While the DPS is only 10p, a share buy back is in place which is equivalent to 5.3p in 2021/22. VMUK announced another $50M buy back for 22/23, equivalent to 3.5p. At some point - possibly in the next year or two - they might decide to stop the buy back and increase dividends. This should further help to re-rate the share price to $5 or more.
