Citi doesn’t own one share that is Citi noms which is various investors holdings not Citi the bank. Its like HsBC nominees, National Noms, anz noms and westpac noms its just a nominee company for various client holdings. Regal have prime brokerage arrangements with Credit Suisse and BOM/Merrill Lynch and Citi as well as CS has been closed on the prime accounts. Sadly as mentioned it looks like Regal are aware Bryan needs money so his only resort is Regal. We are captive to Regal from here on
