MinRes is offering one ordinary fully paid share in MinRes for every 1,367 Norwest Shares held (Offer).
The Offer is currently scheduled to close prior to commencement of drilling of the first well in the two well back-to-back drilling campaign, and prior to the results of the 3D seismic program becoming available.
