A dual listing in HK has been discussed previously (a couple of years ago) as a longer term logical outcome. The relationship with HSBC has been long standing as they where involved in the capital raising during 2008.
If the dual listing involves a capital raising AFTER positive news (re: POD approval, etc) to fund future expansion obviously this would be a positive. If conducted prior to settlement of outstanding issues in Indonesia then I would view it as an opportunities capital raising
