If you bought shares in August for 0.6 cents with options with 1.3 cents strike price - you have just de-risked your investment with 33-50% profit ... and still have free option if the company ever provides enough good news for the shares to go above 1.3 cents.
Seems obvious de-risking strategy for a volatile stock that does not have any consistent positive movement ...
