SMN is much undervalued IMHO although I think I know why the brokers do not love it and why the FV remains below expectation, governance risk and geopolitical risk are overwhelming SMN.
Until governance risk and geopolitical risk are fixed, SMN will IMHO continue to be unloved by brokers who once loved it and the price will remain at these lowball levels.
Like a lot of things, SMN is a great business but people have no confidence in Board and or Executive.
