I thinks its self explanatory as its not a CR, so the answer would be No to your question in this instance.
Not to say a CR is not on the cards, especially considering the talks with Superior as I believe they will be looking for a cash transaction at a guess. Just my opinion with no basis to this though.
I believe if it all goes through with VAN and SGI, CYL will be on track to an enormous future, especially if the Vic tunnel proves up what we all believe is there, this could be one hell of a ride for SH's.
