i think the Ann lacks a lot of details:
-Is it a pre tax NPV? Then the After Tax NPV will be significantly lower.
-Why such a low discount rate (6%), we are living in a high interest world now.
- What‘s the IRR and Payback Period?
- LOM price assumption for the hydroxide? They should use conservative long term prices for a DFS imho.
