I have to admit I’m more surprised they went above 10%. What extra leverage or sway does the 2.5% achieve. It doesn’t make sense to me given the risk of significant capital raise and dilution, especially if the 9 cents issue price floated is true. Maybe I’m just looking at it from the wrong angle though.
