Similar situation to CNR which is still in t/over till 23 Jan. Had a recent valuation of $1.13 at a similar time flagged by the company then lo/behold a t/o bid at 45 cents supported by the BOD. That was also a cop-out by the board and basically very little hope of any bidding war from being in play. CNR Bidder now over 90%.
