However, it appears each 1 Note ($200K face value I assume) cancelled to dated resulted in a payment of $744K and my understanding is that payment for future buybacks will be by reference to the share price in the relevant week so that $800K may more likely be the average. However the buyback is only for roughly 75% of outstanding notes so that $400M may be a better guess.

yes sorry you are right i just saw the notices. they are bought back at almost 4x original face value.
