i been looking at this litle one for a few weeks and the trading patterns are signiling seriouse announcement comeing up. but when i saw the news yesterday it seems to be either a mistake or we should here a takeover bid. i belive the asx has a rule that over 49% holding you must make a take over bid. well these guys have 53% so cough up the money. today is a buy buy day for sma. IMO
