Sure in the last half of 2022 there were major downward moves in the crypto market, a market that was trading inverse to USD/GLD. The collapse of FTX and the like made investors re-asses the lack of underlying asset to their holdings and the fragility of their exchanges. A sentiment shift towards commodity backed equities has occured for those willing and able to still take profit.
