I'm guessing MCB is out of cash after AGL, Twiggy can fund the whole thing himself from FMG dividends if he chooses. He's probably trying to take full control and ownership himself.
def some blowouts due to lithium spiking, but they'll look at other technologies. I still think it's profitable...
